Return Policy

Customers can return products within 16 days from the date of receipt. The product must be undamaged and in its original condition.

- Customers should keep the product until the returns team contacts them.
3. How to Request a Return
Customers must contact customer service and report the issue with the product. They are required to document the problem and share photos.
4. Return Fees
There are no fees associated with the return process; it is completely free.
5. Customer Options After Return
After verifying that the product is undamaged, customers can choose:
- To exchange the product for another one.
- To request a refund.
6. Refund Processing
- Once it is confirmed that the damaged product has been received, a member of the support team will contact the customer to arrange the return process.
- A message will be sent to the customer explaining the options available, whether they would like a refund or to choose another product.
7. Exceptions
Underwear cannot be returned for any reason.
