    • They will need to document the problem and share relevant photos for verification.
  • Return Fees

    • There are no fees associated with the return process. It is completely free.
  • Customer Options After Return
    Once we verify that the returned product is undamaged, customers have two options:

    • Exchange the product for another item.
    • Request a refund.
  • Refund Processing

    • After confirming the receipt of the returned product, a support team member will contact the customer to arrange the return process.
    • A message will be sent outlining the available options, such as choosing a refund or selecting another product.
  • Exceptions

    • Underwear cannot be returned for any reason due to hygiene concerns.
