Customer Options After Return
Once we verify that the returned product is undamaged, customers have two options:- Exchange the product for another item.
- Request a refund.

- After confirming the receipt of the returned product, a support team member will contact the customer to arrange the return process.
- A message will be sent outlining the available options, such as choosing a refund or selecting another product.

Exceptions
- Underwear cannot be returned for any reason due to hygiene concerns.
